Pail and shovel

Wouldn't you just love to play in the sand with a sand pail and shovel. This would be the cookie you would want to have as a snack.
Perhaps tuck it into a lunch  for a loved one with a note that says "lets go to the beach after work". This cookie is sugared.
This would look cute atop of a cupcake with brown sugar sprinkled on the frosting. Comes with a little paper umbrella.
