Can I have my company logo made into a cookie?
Yes, we can turn most logos or any custom design into a cookie mold. If you are interested in having a custom cookie made, please contact us by filling out our contact form or calling us at 262-797-8006. If you call and we don't answer, please leave a message. We are probably in the kitchen!
How long until I receive my cookies?
Typically you will receive your cookies within 7-10 days of your order.
Do you have a (fill in the blank) design for a cookie?
If you don't see a cookie that you are looking for, please contact us. We have many molds that we've acquired over the last 25 years. We continue to update the website with the new cookie images.
Do you offer other flavors besides lemon?
Yes. We have anise and spice. Spice is a collected gathering of spices, cinnamon, cloves and ginger. Around the holidays we promote some cookies with the spice flavoring. If you would like to customize an order with a specific flavor cookie, please contact us.
Are these cookies really hand-pressed and hand-painted?
Yes. Every cookie that we make, package up, and ship out is hand-pressed and hand-painted. Visit our YouTube Channel to see some footage of us in action.
No. Not at this time.
All of our cookie sets come packaged in a platinum colored tin with an embossed copper seal and satin ribbon. Each package also includes a letter with information about these delicious springerle cookies.
Individual orders do not come in a tin, however you can request to have them packaged in a tin at check-out.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. You can purchase a gift certificate off our website for any dollar amount.
Can I sell these in my storefront?

Springerle cookies are a Bavarian and Austrian traditional Christmas cookie. They are traditionally white with an anise flavor (we make ours with lemon). The cookies are usually square or round and have a picture or design pressed onto the top using specially hand carved molds.
